UNUM were appointed by our long standing client, Northcare to provide full architectural service from inception to completion of this new build luxury care home for high dependency and frail elderly.

This care home  is located in a parkland setting in  a suburban location in Glasgow. The open nature of the site realised a low rise and very operationally efficient design solution with extensive residents gardens and a community park. A separate building comprising 23 assisted living flats will be provided  As with all this clients’ care homes a very high level of accommodation and specification is provided throughout, with dedicated living / dining areas and quiet rooms and penthouse level café and terrace; cocktail bar and cinema.
