Bespoke 72-Bed care home with all the added features to provide an exemplary environment for elderly care. UNUM were appointed by our long standing client, Northcare to provide full architectural service from inception to completion of this new build luxury care home for high dependency and frail elderly.

This care home  is located on a main arterial road into Edinburgh. This presented a number of  challenges with the linear internal layout, in terms of suitably addressing functionality and external massing. As with all this clients’ care homes a very high level of accommodation and specification is provided throughout, with dedicated living / dining areas and quiet rooms and penthouse level café and terrace; cocktail bar and cinema.
