Crawley Residential
Exciting residential led proposals that aim to catalyse the regeneration of Crawley town centre; create an enhanced sense of arrival to the town; and significantly improve the urban streetscapes, landscaping, pedestrian connectivity and experience. Phasing, and maintenance of key public services, have also been a key issue in informing the design solution. Includes conversion of existing landmark building within the town centre, refurbishment of existing railway station and new build apartment blocks.
Outline planning obtained 2018. Reserved matters applications submitted.
