Working with  our long term client, Arora hotels,  UNUM were engaged (post planning) as architects for the delivery of the detailed design and construction of the hotel.

This was an extremely challenging project with the combined constraints of designing and delivering on a very tight site, connected directly into terminal 2 via a new elevated link bridge and beside the operational airfield. We worked closely with the clients’ development team to identify and design the optimum solution and the hotel was completed from ground to opening in 30-months.

This four-star property provides 330 en-suite bedrooms, meeting facilities, restaurants and bars,  including a penthouse skybar with unique views across the runways and a 24 hour gym
