A new build care home developed on a prominent site at the key junction of two main roads close to Stirling City Centre. The project created the challenge of integrating the building into the urban street fabric on a triangular site and resolving the layout constraints with the operational needs of our client.

The result is a contemporary brick clad building emulating the rhythm of the existing streetscape, with facades designed to appear to “step down” along the street. Residents benefit from a top floor penthouse entertainment suite including a large rooftop seating terrace with views up to the Castle and to the Wallce Monument.
